Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, Lamantasy does not offer international shipping.

For Free United States Domestic only shipping. Your order purchase total must be over $100.00+ to qualify. 

 

What countries do you ship to? 

Lamantasy, only ships within the United States (Domestic only). 

 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping rates are based on the item(s) within your cart. All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

 

What are the methods of payments? 

Lamantasy, currently accept all major credit cards or debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express logo etc. You may securely checkout through Shopify Payments, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, and Google pay. 

 

When will I receive my order? 

The estimated fulfillment and processing time is 3-7 business days. The shipping time depends on your location. Typical shipping times are 3-5 business days after the fulfillment and processing time. 

 

What should I know when ordering? 

Please confirm your item(s) of choice, color, size, and quantity is correct. Along with your mailing and email address before submitting your order. 

All items are made-to-order. Once an order has been submitted, cancellations or changes cannot be made. We begin processing your order right away. 

All clothing and accessories are final sale items. No Refunds. No Exchanges. Due, to items made-to-order statues.

Note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. Delayed shipping may occur due to weather, national holidays, or any unforeseen events. Items of purchase may arrive separately due to order size. 

 

My order should be here by now, but I still do not have it. What should I do? 

 Please check the following: 

  • Your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier leaves the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - if you are expecting a home delivery and you know you will not be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be!  

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense. 

 

How are your products made? 

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. 

Our apparel is created with the latest in garments printing technology. 

Our (direct to garment) DTG designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric. In addition, inks are water base and eco-friendly. 

Opaqueness varies depending on the garment. Lighter weight garments with more cotton content, such as our t-shirts will have a more of an opaque print result. Our Heavier weight garments, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, will have a less opaque print result because the fabric is thicker and will absorb the water-based ink more. This results in seeing the garment through the print slightly. 

Our premium products such as our sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, totes, and duffle bags are sublimated on a white base material, cut and hand sewn. Due to the process of sublimation white can show slightly through darker colors and the inside of the garment. Seeing some white on the seams is also normal. 

 

Why do my garments have a vinegar smell? 

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.  

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem. 

 

I received the wrong product, what should I do? 

We will do our best to resolve this for you. Please send a copy of your invoice along with 4 photos of the item(s) received within 14 business days of receiving your order at info@lamantasy.com. Please make sure all photos are clear. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

 

I received a damaged item, what should I do? 

For damaged item (s) we will need 2 photo of the entire garment, 2 photos of the problem along with your invoice. Email us at info@lamantasy.com within 14 business days of receiving your purchase. Please make sure all photos are clear. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

 

How can I exchange an item?  

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. 

 

How can I make a return? 

Currently, we do not offer returns. All orders within Lamantasy.com are made-to-order and Final sale.
